Exchanges
Items purchased from bathingingrace.com are exchangeable within 10 days of purchase/receipt as long as product is in new, unused/unwashed condition and is still in the original packaging. Upon approval of your return we will issue a store credit. Shipping cost on returned items is not refundable.
Damaged items must be reported within 10 days of purchase for a replacement.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH A RETAILER. PLEASE CONTACT THE RETAILER FOR THEIR RETURN POLICY.
For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. bathing in grace,llc. is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Keep baby secure in any towel and the baby & me bath towel with your hands and arms. The towels will not hold the baby for you. When using any towel including the baby & me bath towel never lay baby down and walk away.
